Brook Hill offers limited financial assistance to those in need. Please note that we do not issue gift cards of any kind. Any assistance will be paid directly to a company by check.
Process
Fill out the form below to request financial assistance from Brook Hill’s Community Assistance Fund. Applications are processed Monday–Thursday. The form must be filled out for all requests. Once your application is received, you will receive a response within 4–5 business days to confirm the information provided.
